Styling, Strategy & Development

Creative Direction & PRODUCTION

While we’ll collaborate closely, you’ll have the autonomy to lead your own projects independently. Our roles are intertwined, with a subtle shift in focus depending on the landscape:

• In Jakarta: We’ll focus on styling and creative development—shaping the production and connecting with the clients who align with our vision.

• In Bali: We’ll focus on that same styling and development—but with an emphasis on casting and scouting the new faces that represent our world.

• Creative Strategy & Concept Development 

  Partnering on ideation and establishing the core visual identity of each project. You will help translate abstract concepts into grounded, impactful narratives, ensuring the "visual soul" of the work remains front and center.

• Styling & Visual Research

  Identifying and sourcing garments, objects, and textures that align with our clients visual languages and their specific objectives. This involves thoughtful research to find pieces that elevate the story through authentic style and deliberate juxtaposition, rather than just surface-level trends.

• Production Management & On-Set Execution

  Overseeing the end-to-end creative production cycle. You will ensure operational excellence and smooth logistics while cultivating a positive, collaborative environment on set, allowing the creative vision to be realized seamlessly and keeping the energy focused.

• Talent Curation & Casting

  Leading the search for talent that authentically anchors our visual storytelling. You will curate a diverse roster—ranging from established professionals to unique, street-cast discoveries. Ensuring our casting consistently reflects a broad and genuine spectrum of humanity.

• Account Management & Business Development

  Driving project workflows and timelines while actively identifying new business opportunities. You will help manage client relationships and seek out new brands and collaborators that align with our core values of authenticity and creative substance.

These are the bonus layers that would beautifully complement our team. They aren't rigid dealbreakers, but if your background aligns with any of these spaces, it’s a wonderful plus.

• Proactive Organization:

  Exceptional communication and structural skills. We need someone who can articulate ideas warmly, keep production logistics tight, and anticipate needs on a fast-paced set.

• Hands-On Craft:

  A foundational eye for garment construction, tailoring, or basic sewing. The ability to quickly pin, stitch, or manipulate silhouettes on set is a massive asset for our styling process.

• The Visual & Analytical Toolkit:

  Solid footing in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets) to help organize our workflows and translate abstract concepts into grounded pitch decks. If you are also familiar with Adobe InDesign (for layout design) or Premiere Pro (for video tests), consider that a major plus (++).

• Digital Storytelling:

  Experience capturing behind-the-scenes content and assisting with social media curation. Because we seek out authentic faces and a genuine spectrum of humanity, an eye for capturing the raw, unpolished magic of our casting and on-set process is highly valued.
